Question :  Someone filed a case against me in police station police enquired and didn't arrested me and I didn't took a bail is that a pitty case?

Answer by NISHANT PRATEEK & ASSOCIATES :  It is not necessary that after registration of FIR police will arrest you.. But the police can arrest you anytime if police finds some evidence against you and if you are not cooperating with the police in the investigation. So an anticipatory bail is required. In some places it is also called as per arrest bail.
