Work Responsibility :
Be a Pro-bono Advocate and serve the people, the needy ones free of cost. Any advocate who is interested in helping the needy ones and contribute in the fight against human right violation, terrorism and corruption can register with IPF. The IPF will be link between the needy clients and the advocates. The registered advocates shall be provided with cases by IPF and they shall provide their services without any costs, thus furthering the concept of free legal aid. The services shall include legal advice, filing of the cases in the appropriate courts and appearance in the courts regarding the case. The advocates will be rated by IPF based on their work as a Pro-bono advocate for IPF.
Eligibility Criteria :
To apply as a Pro-bono Advocate under IPF, the applicant should at least be a practising advocate, registered with the Bar Council of India.
