On Saturday Pune court remanded rights activists Sudha Bharadwaj,Vernon Gonsalves and Arun Ferreira accused of having maoist links will stay in police custody till November 6.The Pune Police arrested Bharadwaj, Gonsalves and Ferreira in connection with probe into violence in Koregaon Bhima happened in Pune on January 1 2018.
Bharadwaj in house arrest in Faridabad was taken into police custody on 28th October morning and brought to pune where as Gonsalves and Ferreira had been taken into custody by the pune police on Friday evening after the court rejected the bail applications of all the three. Keeping in view the material collected by police shows there alleged link with maoist.
The documents seized from Bharadwaj revealed that she guides Maoist on tactics and asked the maoist leaders to follow the strategies of Kashmiri separatists to disturb law and order situation in other parts of the country
