DJB must specify the name of the person who is responsible for the regulation of the management of all the sewage Treatment plants In the Capital, the condition of the Sewage Plants, is that there many more Sewage Treatment Plants tha the required number and hence we are facing the issue concerning the 'Bad odour'. A separate Complaint will be issued against the person in charge of the regulation of the Sewage plants with the name of the person and the office to which he is presiding if the matter is not solved within the time limit, also it was noted by the NGT that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi rather than taking the required steps is delaying the process from October last year due to the report not being submitted and hence the hearing was delayed more than twice before the Tribunal.
The said matter present before the Tribunal was filed by the welfare society alleging the 'Bad odour' coming out from the Kondli sewage Treatment Plant, also the norms are not being followed by the "Jal Dal" Delhi in the regulation of the Sewage Treatment Plants in the Capital.
