The year 2020 can be called as the year of pandemic as different pandemics have been seen in the past few months of this year first when the spread of covered 19 happens in the early March and then several accidents across the world had happened so far. The lockdown phase 1 was imposed on the 25th March 2020 and currently it is the fourth phase which is going on and will end on the 31st of May. Even after imposing a lockdown across the nation there has been an increase in number of COVID patients day by day, therefore the ministry of home affairs has come up with the lockdown 5.0 phase which is to be extended till June 30 across the nation. From the 1st of June 2020 the nation will face both sides of the coin that is it will face complete lockdown in the containment zones and Unlock phase outside the containment zones In a prescribed manner. Unlock phase 1 will be according to the “guidelines phased reopening exercising power under the section 10 (2) (I) of the disaster management Act 2005.” the demarcation of containment zone will be done by the district authorities in accordance with the guidelines that are issued by the ministry of health and family welfare. For the containment zones only essential activities will be allowed and everything else will be prohibited and in the areas outside containment zone the activities which were prohibited earlier will be reopen according to the provisions of unlock phase 1, with the exceptions listed in the form of guidelines that are permissible only in a phased manner and that are permitted by the ministry of health and family welfare. As the unlock phase 1 will start religious places, public restaurant, hotels and other hospitality services will be available for general public outside the containment zones from the June 8. Though there are some of the provisions same as the earlier lockdown which involves the movement of an individual to be prohibited between 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. across the nation in all zone. Venerable people mainly involving the people above 65 years of age pregnant women children below the age of 10 years and persons with morbidities are not allowed to go out of home except for essential and health purposes as they more likely to get adverse affects. There are several other guidelines that are issued by the ministry of health and family welfare but many steps have been taken towards the reopening of the country in order to mark the survival of the poor and to living a new life making covid-19 as a part of it.
