COTTON TRANSPORT REPEAL ACT, 1995

An Act to repeal the Cotton Transport Act, 1923 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE
-This Act may be called the Cotton Transport Repeal Act, 1995.
SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 3 OF 1923
-The Cotton Transport Act, 1923 is hereby repealed.
