PREAMBLE

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh for the services of the Financial Year 2010-2011.

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:--

Section 1 - Short title

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 1) Act. 2011.
