THE CHHATTISGARH ADHIVAKTA KALYAN NIDHI (SANSHODHAN) ACT, 2004
[Act No. 13 of 2004]
PREAMBLE
An act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the fifty fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows --
Section 1 - Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2004.
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in official gazette.
Section 2 - Amendment of Section 18
Section 18 of the Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982 (No. 9 of 1982) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words "Four Rupees & Ten Rupees" the words "Ten Rupees & Twenty Five Rupees" shall be substituted.
Section 3 - Amendment of Section 19
In section 19 of the Principal Act,--
(i) In sub-section (1) for the words "Four Rupees" the words "Ten Rupees" shall be substituted.
(ii) In sub-section (2) for the words "Ten Rupees" the words "Twenty Five Rupees" shall be substituted.
