Subject : Builder not giving bungalow and not responding also after payment was made in 2015.
Question : I had booked a bungalow in dharuheda (Gurgaon) in a project by Parshwanath developers.initial payment of almost 10 lac was made but after that there was no development in the property.I have written several mails etc to them but unfortunately they did not respond.Can you please suggest me the way out.
Answer by Mohd Abitasham : First of all you must find out that your builder and concern building comes under RERA or not.if comes under RERA than you can complaint Haryana RERA authority..I advice you consult a lawyer in your local area.

Answer by Mohd Abitasham : that means she filed under section 156 of Crpc.you should enquiry about this complaint.if court allow her complaint then police investigation will initiate.no need to worry find a local lawyer discuss your problem

Answer by Mohd Abitasham : If this is your ownland no body can claim in the name of idol. Any intervention from the public in your land would be encroachment or illegal possession by public themselves in the name of puja or whatsoever. You can initially file complaint or representation to local authority.
