Subject : Need guidance in judgment matter.
Question : I want to know whether the orders and judgments passed by Supreme Court of India in Civil Cases and Criminal cases are applicable to consumer protection act, that too in medical negligence cases?
Along with this I want to know whether CPC and CrPC acts are applicable to consumer cases also?
Answer by Anand Seth : Yrs, Order passed by hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Cases and Criminal cases are applicable to consumer protection act.
And provisions of cpc will apply.
Subject : My brother's wife moved to her maternal home along with all jewelry,clothes and with 6 years old girl child.my brother is planning to divorce her due to her quarreling nature.
Question : After divorce,who will get the custody of girl child ?my brother or her wife?

Mother is legal custodian of the cold aged up to 5 years only after 5 years father is a natural guardian of child.
