I am a Practicing Advocate in the Courts located within Delhi NCR, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2007 with membership of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). I have completed my Master of Business Laws (MBL) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore in the year 2009, with major in Business Laws subsequent to my L.L.B in the year 2007 from the Central University of Allahabad. I am having around 12 years of work experience in the field of drafting, effective pleadings, legal due diligence of Property towards securing loan, reviewing, vetting, documentation, legal advisory, arbitration, Intellectual Property issues, litigation advisory, liaison with government officials, legal due diligence, Consumer Forum matters in addition to my Corporate exposure with esteemed Organizations such as Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (Previously known as SKS Microfinance Ltd), an only BSE/NSE Listed Microfinance Company. Thereafter I was associated with Renewable Energy Sector manufacturing Company viz PowerWind Ltd and with Educomp Solutions Ltd (India’s largest and only BSE/NSE Listed Education Company). Further, given the effective handling of legal issues, I have been awarded with Certificate of Appreciation from SKS Microfinance Ltd and Leadership Award, 2015 for extraordinary performance from Educomp Solution Ltd.
