SURETY BOND TO WORK AS CUSTOMS HOUSE AGENTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we __________ (A) and ________ (B) are held and firmly bound to the President of India in the sum of Rupees ________ for payment whereof we hereby bind ourselves and each of us bind himself our and each of our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents dated this day of _____ in the year 20___.
WHEREAS the said __________ (A) has been authorised to act as a Customs House Agent under Section 146 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and the said ________ (B) _________has agreed to enter into this bond as required by rules made under the said section.
NOW the condition of the above written bond is such that if the said ________ (A) and (B) both at all times whilst holding such authorisation as aforesaid behave themselves in a faithful and incorrupt manner as regards the Customs House Regulations, and if the said _______ (A) and (B) ___________ their executors or administrators some or one of them do, and shall at all time make good to the President of India all and every sums of money which being due to the Government shall by reason of the misfeasance of negligence of the said ___________ (A) have not been paid to the President of India then the above written bond shall be void; otherwise the same shall remain in full force and virtue.
