LESSEE’S BOND (OPERATIVE PARTY ONLY)

 

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents; etc.

NOW, therefore, if the said _____________ and ______________ his wife, their heirs, executor or administrators, shall at all times and in every particular keep and perform in every way all the covenants, agreements, and obligations, in said lease contained, and at the expiration or earlier determination of said lease return the property therein demised to the said ______________ and wife in a condition provided in said lease, and at all times thereafter indemnify and save harmless the said _____________ and wife against all loss, damage, or costs, arising by reason of the execution of said lease, then this obligation shall be void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
