APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN, TRUSTEE & EXECUTOR 

1.      I,  __________________________ (A.B.) off, etc. APPOINT ________________, of, etc., _________________________, of, etc. __________________ and ______________ of, etc. (hereinafter called “my Trustees” which expression shall where the context so admits include the said _______________ and the survivor of them or other the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my Will), to be the executors and trustees of my Will.

2.      I bequeath to each of them the said ____________,  who accepts the office of trustee and executor the sum of Rs. ______________.

3.      I appoint the respective persons who at my death shall be the trustees of any settlement under which I am tenant for life or statutory owner to be my special executors in regard to the settled land vested in me at my death pursuant to that settlement.

4.      I appoint my Trustees hereinbefore named, ( ____________ and ____________,] and the survivors and survivor of them, to be the guardians of my minor children, if my wife predeceases me.
