Notice to vendor to deliver abstract of title

 

I the undersigned as solicitor for and on behalf of (Purchaser) of (address) hereby give you notice as follows:

1. The said (Purchaser) requires you with (seven) days of the receipt of this notice to deliver to him an abstract of title to the premises hereinafter described which by an agreement dated the ________ day of ___________and made between you and the said (Purchaser) you contracted to sell to him ALL THAT _____________(parcel).

 2. In the event of your failing to deliver the said abstract of title within the time aforesaid the purchaser will require you to return his deposit of Rs... interest and the costs to which he has been put.
