Dear Sirs,

You are in receipt of certain goods in transit shipped by us and scheduled for delivery to the following Consignee: ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________A copy of our shipping documents is enclosed. You are hereby instructed to stop transit of the said consignment, not to make delivery of the same to the consignee, and return the said goods to us. We agree to pay you the return freight charges. Please note that no negotiable bill of lading or document of title has been delivered to our customer, the above-named consignee.
