TAKE NOTICE that we, B., of, etc., and C., of, etc. mortgagees, hereby require you to pay off the principal moneys owing to us on the security of a mortgage dated, etc., and made, etc., together with all interest thereon, and further, that in default of your so doing for a period of __________ from the service hereof, we intend to sell the property subject to such mortgage or such portion thereof as we may think fit.
