Notice to complete the purchase of property by Vendor to Purchaser

 

I, the undersigned as solicitor for and on behalf of [vendor] of [address] hereby give you notice as follows:

 1. The said [vendor] is willing and ready to execute and to procure the concurrence of all other necessary parties (if any) to a conveyance to yourself or as you may direct of the property situate at________ contracted to be purchased by you by an agreement dated the_______ day of__________and made between the said [vendor] of the One Part and yourself of the Other Part in accordance with the terms of the said agreement.

2. The said [vendor] requires you forthwith to tender such conveyance for execution and to pay the balance of the purchase money together with interest thereon in accordance with the terms of the said agreement.

3. If you fail to comply with this notice within [twenty-one] days from the date hereof the deposit of Rs______ paid by you will be forfeited to the said [vendor] who will either rescind the contract or resell the property in accordance with the provisions of the said agreement and will claim from you the deficiency in price (if any) on such resale and all expenses attending the resale and any attempted resale and all costs, losses, damages and expenses incurred by him by reason of your delay or default in performing the said agreement.
