Notice by Purchaser to Vendor for furnishing abstract of title

 

I, the undersigned as solicitor for and on behalf of [purchaser] of [address] hereby give you notice as follows:

1. The said [purchaser] requires you within [seven] days of the receipt of this notice to deliver to him an abstract of title to the premises hereinafter described which  by an agreement dated the_________ day of________and made between you and the said [purchaser] you contracted to sell to him [description of Property].

2. In the event of you failing to deliver the said abstract of title within the time aforesaid the purchaser will require you to return his deposit of Rs_____with interest and the costs to which he has been put.
