The makers of this receipt will not be responsible for weights or grades, it being mutually understood and agreed that this wheat may be mixed with other wheat of same grade and quality and that any other wheat of same grade and kind may be delivered in place of this wheat. This grain is accepted for storage upon condition that the holder hereof or the depositor, shall demand the delivery of same not later than following July 1 after date of this receipt.
