Deed of Release of undivided share in the joint property by one co-owner in favour of the other co-owner
THIS RELEASE is made on ________ day of _________
BETWEEN [releasor] of [address, etc.] (hereinafter called the releasor) of the One Part
AND
[releasee] of [address, etc.] (hereinafter called the releasee) [the (state relationship if any) of the releasor] of the Other Part.
WHEREAS:
- The parties hereto are seized and possessed of the property fully described in the Schedule hereto and hereinafter referred to as “the said property” as tenants in common.
- The releasor is desirous of releasing his interest in the said property to the releasee.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows:
- The releasor hereby releases and conveys unto the releasee all that the right, title and interest of the releasor in [parcels] fully described in the Schedule hereto and hereinafter referred to as “the said property”. TO HOLD the same unto the releasee absolutely and for ever free from any encumbrances.
