Whereas ................has been ordered under section 21(1) of The Provincial Insolvency Act to give reasonable security for his appearance until final orders are made upon the insolvency petition filed by him (or, his creditor);

NOW, the condition of the above obligation is this that if the said ....................... shall appear before the court whenever called upon by it to do so, then the above written bond shall be void but otherwise it shall remain in full force.
