Disclaimer by deed poll by one of the trustees and executors who has renounced probate of the will
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS shall come I, Mr. __________ etc., (Disclaiming Trustee) send greeting.
WHEREAS by his Will dated _________ (testator), late of_______ deceased, devised and bequeathed all his properties, moveable and immovable, unto and to the use of me, the said _________ and (other trustees) upon the several trusts and subject to the powers and provisions therein mentioned and appointed me, the said ___________ and other (trustees) as executors of his said Will.
AND WHEREAS the (testator) died on and the said Will was duly proved by (other trustees) alone on ________ before (court), I the said AB having renounced Probate thereof.
AND WHEREAS I, the said AB desirous of disclaiming the trusts reposed in me by the said Will.
NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that I, the said ________,hereby disclaim the office of trustee and all estate and interest in and over the moveable and immovable properties of (testator) devised and bequeathed unto me the said AB jointly with (other trustees) and all the trusts and powers thereby reposed in and conferred upon me the said AB whether jointly with (other trustees) or otherwise howsoever.
