Deed of Release in respect of obligations under a lost-bond in favour of several obligors
THIS DEED of release is made the _______ day of ________ 20_____ by ____________ of etc.
WHEREAS the obligors have bound themselves to the Releasor for payment of a sum of Rs.___________.
AND WHEREAS the said bond has been lost and cannot be delivered up to the said Obligors though the Obligors have paid the full amount with interest.
NOW, therefore, the Releasor agrees that in lieu of consideration of sum of Rs.____________ being the full money due including interest received, the Releasor hereby releases and forever discharges the said obligors from the obligation of the said bond and from all sums of moneys mentioned therein as due and payable and from all actions, proceedings, claims and demands whatsoever for or on account or in respect of the said obligation or bond or amounts arising out of or under or in respect of the said bond or any part thereof.
