Clause on bequest to partners and employees

 

 

I give and bequeath to my partners constituting the firm of __________________________ all my office furniture, and my share in all firm assets other than cash and accounts receivable.

 

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to each person (including domestic servants), who at the time of my death is in employ and/or in the employ of __________________ Company, and/or in the employ of the ______________ Corporation, provided such person has been in my employment or in the employment of the either of the said corporation continuously for the period of ____ years immediately prior to my demise, a sum to equal ______ month salary or wages of such employee, based on the salary or wage which such employee was drawing or receiving at the time of my death, and in addition thereof, the sum of Rs. ________ for each additional year beyond said ______ years  period of such continuous service.
