This is to advise you that Mr./Ms. _________of _______ has/ have assigned/hypothecated to the Bank, for valuable considerations, all their rights and benefits accruing under the hire purchase agreement dated _______ executed in their favour by Mr./Ms. ___________ of ____________ in respect of motor vehicle/s as per particulars in the schedule hereunder. Please note that any request for transfer of ownership of the vehicle shall not be effective without the consent of the Bank first had and obtained in writing.
