Question :  After divorce,who will get the custody of girl child ?my brother or her wife?

Answer by S.balaji :  Minor female child will be given custody to her mother but traits of mother not good.if mother not in a position to maintain her child both financially and proper care is missing father can claim custody

Answer by S.balaji :  Need not be taken immediately . Should appear before the concerned court and contest case.can also go quash in high court

Question :  I would like to know if I can sue Walmart pharmacy for giving me a prescription drug (pills) with blood stains on them??

Answer by S.balaji :  Absolutely can file suit for damages or can approach consumer court
