Answer by Adv Vaishali Badgujar : Mr. Balaji for this you have a proof about the ownership of subject land, only afterword you can approach the concern office where you have following process of Registration. After registration if anybody challenge the said property then you can resolve this issue by Legal Notice sending through Advocate.
