Answer by POONAM : Yes, of course, u have fully right to take action against the Walmart Pharmacy.
First of all ,i would suggest u to take help from me or any other lawyer for sending them a legal notice regarding the information and threatening that u are going to file a case against them, then aftr somedays if they reply ur notice ,on the basis of their reply u can file a consumer case against them in the consumer forum...For any query contact me through this site..
