Subject : my brother-in-law's secret relationship
Question : i doubt my brother-in-law has a secret relationship even before marriage and he is continuing it still.How to break their relationship and save my sister.
Answer by Sherry Legal : It is not clear from the question whether that lady is now married or not. If she is married, inform your brother in law that he is committing an offence of adultery punishable under section 497 of IPC. If she is not married, continuing such a relationship is a ground for divorce.
