The Respondents 2, 3 4, and 5 are attempting to evict the Petitioners from the lands at the request of the 6th Respondent, who has no connection to the subject lands, as a result of the orders issued by the 2nd Respondent herein against the Petitioners. The Petitioners have filed a Revision Petition with the 1st Respondent herein, as well as a stay Petition, which is pending as wholly illegal and arbitrary. The Petitioners are aggrieved by the additional agent's directions to the government. As a result, the Petitioners filed Writ Petitions seeking the honorable High court's guidance in this matter. The proceedings relating to the pertinent matter are still ongoing.
The learned counsel for the Respondent stated before the court that the Petitioners were aggrieved by the decisions made in CMA No. 1 of 2020, and that the Petitioners filed a revision with the government on April 15, 2020, which is still ongoing.
The Respondents' learned Government pleader argued that the Petitioners were not evicted from the lands illegally or unjustly. Before taking any action against the Petitioners, the authorities issued the necessary orders.
The Honourable court ordered the government to respond to the Petitioners' Revision Petition dated 15.04.2021 within the period of three months of receiving a copy of the order. The Respondents are ordered not to evict the Petitioners from lands totaling Ac. 15.35 cents in survey no. 82/C and an area of Ac. 7.67 12 cents in survey no. 82/C totaling Ac. 15.35 cents in Lakshmi Devi Peta village and Manda, east Godavari village. Any pending miscellaneous petitions will likewise be closed, and there will be no cost orders.
