Allahabad HC Allows Bail Plea Of Five Accused Of Carrying Chicken Meat During Lockdown.

There are various measures, rules and guidelines for the lockdown to work properly, which is strictly applicable for each and every citizen of India no matter whether he is a VIP, bureaucrat, politician, rich, poor unless and until it's a case of emergency in terms of health matters, and other can move while having the lockdown pass only given by the govt., during the lockdown where the whole nation is under serious health conditions due the pandemic. The police and other govt.

Officials even after saying several times to maintain the rules, hygiene.where police and health workers are working their best to serve the people and help them, there were five people stepped out of their house on April 13th without having lockdown pass not for an emergency but for buying 3 Quinta chicken meat in a four-wheeler van from the shop, and were caught and arrested by the police under several Acts and sections, for breaking the lockdown measures.

Theses people were not the first one to break the rules of lockdown but these 5 people -Mohd. Asjad Gazi, Irshad Raza, Nihaluddin, Mohd. Aqeel and Mohd. Shahid, had break many of the rules. They were charged under 188, 268, 269, 270, 467, 468, 420, 471 of IPC, Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act, 1897 and Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.

After the arrest they had requested the HC of Allahabad for bail plea, and after 1 month 9 days HC of Allahabad today (22nd May) after the case sentences that they are allowed for bail. Their crime was not massive but yet considerable due to the breaking the rules and norms of the lockdown on that reason they were arrested and today HC allowed for the bail, and they will be free from jail by paying the bail amount. As far as our health is concerned it's our responsibility to maintain the rules and guidelines of the lockdown, to get a control over COVID-19.
