On Monday,Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined the world in sharing his fitness routine on social media.Narendra Modi a 69 years old leader on twitter shared 3D animated videos of him practising yoga asanas.He added in his tweet that he is neither a fitness expert nor a medicial expert but practising yoga can help people to remain fit and also encourage people to practise yoga to curb the spread of coronavirus.
Prime Minister Nraendra Modi also shared the link of his yoga videos.He further added that yoga videos are available in different languages."Do have a look.Happy yoga practising."Last year during International Yoga Day in June,Prime Minister Narendra Modi had shared similar videos to ecourage people to practise yoga as it is very beneficial for health.He also requested people to practise yoga so to curb the spread of coronavirus.He further said to remain fit during the three days lockdown period and in his tweet he urged citizens to share their fitness routine on social media.
