Answer By Lawyer :  The best option available to you is pursue the case by filing a compliant through RERA seeking possession or reimbursement along with interest , it is the best and expert to deal the matter. though the property rates might have scaled but it the best deal. suit for specific performance is no use to you as you will have to file the court fees on the amount / valuer of flat. and the time consumed will be around 2 + years . you may approach consumer forum but than power of distt forum is only 20 lacs see if that fits in for you .

Answer By Lawyer :  You must send demand notice seeking refund including interest and compensation, failing which you are entitled to criminal action and under consumer protection

Answer By Lawyer :  Please send them a Legal Notice stating all the facts and issues you are facing. If there is no reply you are liable to take action against the agreement signed between you and the builder.

Answer By Lawyer :  You file f.I.r in nearest p.s or file complent petition in nearest court under section 420 crpc . It's a non bailable offence.

You can file a suit for specific performance, or claim refund of investment made with interest, or file a criminal complaint or file an application in consumer courts etc. Which remedy will suit you best depends on what you want the final outcome to be.

Along with entire documents consult a lawyer in person or over phone.

Answer By Lawyer :  Mr. Rajdeep you can file a complaint in National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission for non delivery of possession of flat and damages for delay.
