You are suggested to submit the well drafted application to your superior officer to recall his orders stating all your situation. If not by him, file the writ petition in the high court for reinstatement.

Answer By Lawyer : Now a days there is an emergency situation in this condition there is not mandatory to give biometric attendance therefore if anybody compel you to do so you can file a case against such body not to compel you to give such biometric attendance.

Such situation and mandates depends upon your consent which you given to the respective post and dept. while joining , however there are always guidelines by way of which such mandate and directives can be relaxed to respective profiles.
Thus advised to kindly refer your Govt. guidelines and directives for relaxations.
