When your grandpa donated the concerned property to Arya Samaj..... Is there any gift deed regarding that transfer of land.... Who were the recorded pattadar of the said land before that gift..... If Arya samaj is misusing your property then fila a FIR under section 420 of IPC before the police station.... And give me details of the said property then only I vll be able to answer you briefly...
