Answer By Lawyer : if FIR is registered on you if sections framed/leveled against you it is punishment less than 7 years then you can take station bail before SHO of Police if offences are above 7 years then you will remanded and sent to jail ,if you want to avoid then you can take not to arrest order from High Court
first of all you go to SHO of Police ask him to give FIR copy then see sections if minor sections then ask him to issue 41A CrPC Notice then you can furnish surety and you can take station bail after case will run in court
