Question : Dear Sir,
I have resigned from the job of a private firm due to pregnancy, on 21st January 2021 and serving the notice period of one month now, salary arrears (revision of salary from April 2020) have not paid to me due to resignation in my last salary as others all received. I want to know whether I am not eligible for the Arrears.
