Question : My uncle expired recently on Monday he had a gun licence which he got for his security during riots our houses were burned by locals in 1990 and now all my uncles left that place after that incident and we are single muslim family left at that place non muslim don't want us at that place and they always plan to harm my family they all have illegal weapon and I want a gun licence for my security how I can get it or is there any procedure to transfer my uncle licence on my name the licence was issued on the old address where we are now and his family is living in a Muslim area if his son is ready to transfer it if not then how I will get my own its important because I found the locals planning against us on the babri mosque & ayodhya judgment.I have not shared my number for security reasons
