Question : Asking Builder to refund my Rs 5,00,000/- for the past 6 years as no venture approvals & filed complaint in dist forum but withdrawn after 1.5years due continuous hearings postponing. Same case filed in RERA but no counter filing from builder side for the past 5 months. I came to know that builder not yet executed the previous forum orders for the past 3years. I am sure I would get order in my favor. But assuming it would take another 1 year. Believe me I borrowed and invested here just for 1 year and to resale to book some profit. I have been paying interest for 3L out of 5L. Sadly now I want to opt for settlement. But no conciliation forum here in RERA. And I don't want to approach the builder directly.
