Subject : Earth cutting was going on for widening of road and my property was in the cutting and after the cutting work the land left behind got damaged due to sliding and because negligence of the construction team. Now I need to send legal notice for damages to my property Back
Question : There was work for widening of road and my property was also assessed in the cutting work and the land behind the limit of cutting was left as it is and due to rain the land slided and caused damage to my house and the house is not fit to stay in it because the land is on the verge of getting totally damaged including my house.
