Question :  Hi sir/madam We possess an agriculture land and also has pattadar passbook (title deed).We have been doing agricultural activities for a long time now since my dad got separated from his younger brother..Everything was smooth till last year,from this year onwards since there has been an extreme increase in the land rates my cousin brothers (Uncle Sons) are creating problem at the time of ploughing and doing agricultural activies.We have got the land under our control however due to their unnecessary involvement and threating lease farmers,it is creating unnecessary fuss ..We have already given complain to the local Police however their are saying its civil matter and hence they cannot do anything..I really don't want to resort to fighting option..Pls help what needs to be done as their involvement in our land is increasing day by day..
