The Bar Council of India, BCI has decided to postpone the conduction of the All India Bar Examination, AIBE which had to take place on the month of March 21st of 2021.
Now the All India Bar Examination will be held on the month of April 25th of 2021, Sunday.
Like the same, the date for receipt of applications has also been increased, extended till the month of March 22nd, 2021.
It shall be noticed that the All India Bar Examination was decided to be held on March 21 and now, it has been informed to all the applied candidates appearing for AIBE-XVI that both, the date for registration and last date of payment has been extended.
The Revised schedule of AIBE-XVI is as mentioned below:
•The Online registrations had started in the month of December 2020 ( from 26th December )
•Candidates show wish to write the AIBE can apply for bar exams till the given date, 22nd March 2021.
•The Online payments for the AIBE application will remain open until the 26th of March, 2021.
•The interested Candidates may complete their online registration form by 31st of March, 2020.
•The authorized Admit cards will be provided on 10th April 2021 and thereby collected by the respective candidates accordingly.
•The new announced the date for the All India Bar Examination is 25th April 2021
All India Bar Examination is an exam conducted twice every year by the Bar Council of India in which a lawyer needs to attain the pass mark before being registered to the bar and is essential for practicing law anywhere, everywhere.
Also, the BCI has recently declared that from AIBE-XVI onwards, no books, notes, or study material sought of things will be restricted and not be allowed inside the Examination Hall. However, the Candidates writing the exam would be allowed to carry Bare Acts without any Notes.
